Page Builder won’t work on Vantage theme

I am trying to edit my homepage but when I click “Edit Homepage” and click “Install Page Builder,” I get the following error message: Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/siteorigin-panels.zip… Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Destination folder already exists. /home/dkbusi5/public_html/collectivo.org/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/ Plugin install failed.
