Can’t change Footer (colophon) background image

‘Save and Publish’ seems to commit the change, but on refresh or when viewing the page it does nothing. In this video, I try removing the ‘broken’ file, saving, reuploading the new better file, saving again. The changes are viewed in the preview. But as soon as I go to the published/public version, the footer…
