Header Margin-top in diffirent Browsers

Can anyone help with the different Header margin-top in different browsers At the moment using custom css page I can get the top margin working perfectly in Chrome but in Firefox and Safari it is much greater and I cannot figure out where I can change the blank space above the header in these other…
