Second Level menu help

Hi, I am currently using vantage free, and I am trying to set up a secondary menu for my navigation bar. Is there any instructions on how to do this? I noticed in the vantage documentation guide (https://siteorigin.com/vantage-documentation/customizations/menu/) there is option to change the color of the secondary menu, but I cannot find anywhere in…
