use italic text with circle icon plugin

I am using the Vantage theme and I would like to make some of the text that follows the circle icon in italics but can’t figure out how to do that. I tried changing in the html window and also the visual window but neither effected the change. Thank You! Linda URL: http://www.linkaymer.com
