How could one fake the iOS7 effect of the page opacity showing the background image with slight blur. here is something I stumbled upon but unsure if I can do this with in custom css on Vantage http://jordanhollinger.com/2014/01/29/css-gaussian-blur-behind-a-translucent-box/#
