Plugin doesn’t work properly

Hy i’m using Rapid Mailer and when i want to opt-in on mailing list it show the same error.: Fatal error: Call to a member function create_css_builder() on a non-object in /home5/public_html/ttdistribution/wp-content/themes/vantage/premium/inc/customizer.php on line 440 (btw plugin works fine with other free wordpress themes) Please tell me what to do!?
