Origami scroll to bottom

Every time I upgrade, I have to replace the files modernizr.min.js and modernizr.js with more current versions. The reason is that on page load, the screen scrolls to the bottom of the page, in all browsers. After the latest update, I did replace the above files, but the problem still exists.
