Displaying gif image as an item in Menu bar

Can I display a gif picture as on of the item in the menu bar. In my website, http://hutbazaar.com.au/ the last item in the menu bar is Iftar Party as you can see. I would like to use a gif (animated text actually). How can I do that? URL: http://hutbazaar.com.au/
