Vantage Theme Unsightly Category Page Title

Hi, I was just wondering if there is a simple way to remove the ugly category page titles such as the one I currently have – “Category Archives: blog” – not really sure why that shows up by default, maybe it is a something that is necessary when writing the code, but not being very…
