Footer not fixed

Hi, I’m Italian, I don’t speak English but I hope to explain myself. I am using Vantage templates which is wonderful. But I have a problem. If the page has little content, the footer rises a lot and this is not nice. Can you help me solve this problem? Greetings Cinzia
