Molbile site not resizing photos

Hi! I’m using a preformatted siteorigin hero main slider to display a photo with words and a button. It displays perfectly on the computer, scales fine to the tablet but is non-existent for the mobile version. I’ve tried to adjust the padding for the mobile view to no avail. I’m really, REALLY new to wordpress…
