Sidebar Widgets Are Not Showing & Icon Rendering Issues

I am experiencing 2 separate issues with Vantage Premium: 1) I currently have 5 sidebar widgets (Search, Categories, Recent Posts, Archive, Text) and all are showing except the text widget which contains banner ads.
