Add an image to comment

I would like to be able to add an IMAGE to a COMMENT. I am using WordPress 3.9.1 running Vantage Premium theme. www.imagineantigonish.ca I tried the plugin = COMMENT-IMAGES and it is not tested for this version. The upload for an image is there and no error message but nothing gets uploaded. Nothing shows in…
