Sticky Header

I know that a sticky header can be accomplished with CSS and I’ve done it on other (not WordPress) sites. However, when I try the same tactic with Vantage it produces a duplicate sticky header so that my site has 2 headers instead of just 1. See http://www.realmoftheundead.com.
