Cyrillic characters issue

I use PageBuilder plugin with the Vantage Premium theme on a website I’m building. From some point I started experiencing problems with cyrillic text inserted into posts via PageBuilder widgets. The plugin doesn’t save cyrillic characters when inserted into the title filed or into the body text area. Or rather it does save somewhat truncated…
