Problems with carousel widget – showing vertically on some browsers

I was using this widget without changes for a long time. Just recently it started glitching, for a half second it was showing vertical and then going back to horizontal every time I refresh website. I checked on a different browser by my friend and at his computer it stays vertical at all time and…
