Posts with manual Excerpt missing “Continue Reading –>” link

Hi, If I add a manual post exceprt, I don’t get a “Continue Reading —>” link below the excerpt. If I leave the excerpt blank, and allow it to pickup the excerpt automatically, it will include a “Continue Reading –>” link below the exceprt. I’d like to have this link for every post on the…
