Can’t get menu to appear on home page

Hi, I’m just trying to make my site navigation menu appear on the (custom Site Builder) home page and on the other pages on my site. But it only renders on the sub pages. I just started setting it up. In the Theme Settings (Customize > Theme Settings > Layout), I have the Masthead Menu…
