No TinyMCE on Editor Widget

I just recently logged in to make some edits on a website I manage and noticed that when I try to edit content within an Editor widget, when I click Edit, the editor only shows me the Title and the HTML within the content area. There is no TinyMCE editor. All plugin and WordPress are…
