Another PageBuilder not saving thread

Hey, I’m starting to pull my hair out over this. I purchased the Smartmag theme from Themeforest. Everything is good except when I edit the page builder (editing a page) and save it. It reverts back to nothing. I’ve done literally EVERYTHING to try fix it. Deactivated all plugins, clear cache, different browsers, even deleted…
