New Cell Vertical Align feature not working

When I updated to the new version of PageBuilder, all of my rows were automatically aligned to the bottom. When I went to change it, TOP was selected. I tried changing the alignment in the row feature as well as a few CSS solutions to no avail. When I use padding to adjust the alignment,…
