500 Server Error

Hi,
I bought your vantage premium end of last month and I was really happy!
But today I have a 500 Server Error on my website www.tierarztpraxis-gommerscheid.de
and I have to uninstall my wordpress and install it again.

My problem: I didn´t make a backup right now or write down my premium order number ….
So, do I have to buy it again? Or have you guys any way to help me?

Hi Daniel
We have a form that you can use to retrieve all your order numbers. You just need to enter the same PayPal order number you used.
