Ошибка с плагинами, не даёт ничего сделать, при попытке выложить новость пропала панель с новостями на главной странице и слетел сайт с указом снова на ошибку с плагинами

Проблемный плагин: SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (версия 1.69.3)
Версия PHP 7.0.33
Что за PHP и как его обновить? Некоторые плагины не могут обновиться из-за устаревшей версии PHP.

To confirm a SiteOrigin specific issue you can temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. With only SiteOrigin plugins activated, re-try the issue. The test will let you know if there is a working baseline from which further testing can be done.
