Widget Folders Filter

The siteorigin_widgets_widget_folders filter adds folders where the Widgets Bundle looks for widgets. The Widgets Bundle searches the folders for new widgets when a user opens Plugins > SiteOrigin Widgets, and loads active widgets from them.
