My Vantage Premium theme inserts MetaSlider in the page header of the Home page, above the body content. I would like to do this on my inside pages. It seems like I would need a second header to do this; or maybe a second “home” page that I could load as an inside page template?

Andrew would like the menu to look boxed and run full width of page. Would like the boxing not to have any spaces in between.
