Support Threads: theme-vantage

This is not the first time this has happened so I'm not sure is some setting I have in place. The featured image works fine for posts but not for pages.

Is it possible to have anchor/jump links in Vantage. I do not have the site live yet since I wanted to figure out this issue first.

I am having an issue using the Author Box in SiteOrigin Vantage 2.4.2. I have the premium version. I cannot find where I go to add a profile picture to the Author box.
