I have a row with 2 columns: 25% and 75% The image that goes on the first column is 300x300px and the second image is 300x600px. I was able to adjust the space between rows using the Layout Settings but I can't figure out how to do the same with the columns.

The header with my site title and subtitle is too large. Too much negative space around text. It takes up too much real estate, especially on mobile devices. Can I reduce the header height?
