Would like only two lines of text to show on Home page posts before the “More info”

Please see http://www.building43winery.com. I would like only two lines of text for each post so the posts line up. You can see how uneven it is now. Please advise how to limit the home page/blog text to just two lines before the “More Info”.

Note: I purchased Premium in June 2014 and have the receipt, but can’t find an order number.
