That error isn’t coming from Page Builder itself. So it’s possible something else is trying to load siteorigin_panels and can’t do so for some reason. Would it be possible for you to contact Tyler, the creator of Tessarct and ask him if it’s anything in his theme?
I have posted on the discus support but no one has responded. I don't see a direct link to Tyler but will try the obvious.
