WordPress Shortcode [ ] where to put in Page builder

i am using other images slider plugin which has shortcode. I have noticed putting shortcode on page builder is not working. kindly give instruction on which widget or temple should i put shortcode [] of wordpress to run.

    Hi, Shortcode work on Visual Editor Widget.. but you will have to do your page edit in Visual Mode and then Shift to Text Mode (HTML) and enter you shortcode..

    the way i do it is by use PlaceHolder in the visual edit [ ENTER THE SLIDER SHORTCODE] and find the Same in the Text Edit.
