WordPress 4.4 and CSS Editor not working

So, I just found the CSS Editor plugin and was really excited by what it can do from the video. I installed it and activated it and it does not work.

Neither Visual or Expanded does anything, i just get the same screen when i open it.

I have the all your plugins installed and they all work, I assume that this must be an issue with the recent update of wordpress

I would love to use this it would help with me immensely.
