WidgetBundle in Multisite show only some Widgets

Hi,

I have Network Activated “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle” and “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”.
I have activated 8 Widgets from the bundle on the main network site.

On the “Settings – PageBuilder”, both “Legacy Bundled Widgets” and “Recommended Widgets” are enabled.

Only 7 Widgets are shown after “Add Widget” on a page. This list does not change when network activating or deactivating widgets.

    one addition:

    Legacy Bundled Widgets Enabled
    Recommended Widgets Enabled

    … does not seem to have any effect. Same 7 widgets are available.

    Just checked on a non-multisite: Activating and deactivating works like it should.

    So it looks like a multisite issue.
    Using WordPress 4.3.1
