White line between menu and image in first row on homepage

Hi,
I have the free version (still) of the VANTAGE theme. When using a slider there’s no line between the menu and the slider – however, when using an image in the first row as background in order to add some text and buttons into the image … there is a white line between menu and first row.

Does somebody know how to remove it?
