What am I doing wrong please?

Got a small example code below in SiteOrigin Editor, in WordPress site. I have got all the SiteOrign stuff included as a plugin to WordPress.

In SiteOrigin Editor, I have set Widget class = “prop_summary”; and in CSS styles window the following code:

@charset “utf-8”;
/* CSS Document */

.prop_summary .link {
font-size: 30px;
colour: red;
}
.prop_summary .link a {
color: #F3A558;
text-decoration: none;
}
.prop_summary .link a:hover {
text-decoration: underline;
color: blue;
}

Nothing of the above style works ….WHY, WHAT I am doing wrong here?
