Weird lines on my site, and Top half of page items and words arrangement misaligned

i had my site perfectly done-I am using teserract theme-

First issues with pop up started happening- I just get an error when trying to activate you tube video in POP UP!
I tried to change the buttons, and the wording was showing up outside the PRIMARY & SECONDARY boxes-
Every time i tried to change button code, sometimes beginning of string would not paste in.

Now i have these weird lines on my home page-
And their are links be activating on the headings which i didn’t design to do.

I deactivated all plugins. Then installed back in one by one, but can’t see to locate any errors. Ehost
tech support said he believed the problem was page builder, and he’s never seen that plug used. So he
said contact designer….Only thing i have not did was deactivate theme. Not sure how to do that. I don’t wanna lose my design because i have no child theme activated. Not sure how to do that anyway.

My home page is the main page that is LOOKING WEIRD. Everything else is minor, i can redo if needed.

Heading and sub heading now lighting up, i never designed it like that- Buttons on HOME PAGE or in the wrong area- and they’re illuminating
