Want to see how many comments I have on each blogpost.

Hi!
My readers want to see how many comments I have on each blogpost without to click on the title, but I don’t know how to fix it?
As is work today, the readers click the title and the comments are at the bottom of the page, but there is no obvious “comments” icon in the bottom of the post where they usually are.

Is there anyway I can get a “comments” link or icon near the social media icon on each post on my site?
I really need help with this!
