visual editor not working in page builder

Visual Editor does not work in page builder everytime I try to make one. My work seems not saving everytime I try to update my home page. I cannot see the “visual editor” inside the row but the layout builder seems working. how to resolve? thank you in advance

    now i found a remedy that has issues as well. i type any word to the page and then I click the page builder button and it prompted to ask if i want to move it to page builder. problem solved, now the problem that i discovered that I cannot edit the lay out of the row that is made. the padding drop down option is the only option and nothing else. pls help

    The visual editor in PageBuilder requires this plugin to be installed

    If you already have this plugin could you please check for JavaScript Errors when trying to edit the content.
