Viewing images in sequence?

I’m not sure if this has been asked already, but I’d appreciate some advice: I’m using the Page Builder on Vantage theme (not premium) and publishing images using the image block. The client wants the display images to be a certain dimension, then hyperlink to the full image – so I can’t use the sliders. Once the full image is displayed, is there any way to implement a scroller/arrow feature to view the next image without closing the page?

Any advice on how to fix this (or alternative workarounds) would be appreciated. Thanks!
