Is it possible to view self hosted MP4 videos on iPhones or iPads? It does not work on my site. No error message it just reloads the page when attempting to start the video. Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dewfreak

Sorry for the delay here. I seem to be loading one of your videos without any problems in iOS Chrome. Did you manage to resolve the challenge?

His screen ends with green too.
Is that a Flash thing? For videos to end in a green overlay?

I really should start a new thread. I’m hosting videos on Amazon S3, and embedding the videos into Page Builder’s widget for self-hosted video, and every time a video ends, the screen goes green.

I haven’t checked it on iPhones and iPads, but my android gives me problems overall, and has shown a green screen at the end also. I thought we were moving away from Flash. I found the PageBuilder self-hosted video widget to be the best responsive solution among all the options I have on my site. Embedding the S3 link on its own blank line works, but it’s not responsive.

Using “Ultimate Shortcode’s widget didn’t work out well either.

So, MY question is how do you get rid of the green overlay at the end of the video?

      Hi Mitch

Good to hear from you. Sorry to read about this hassle. Please could you open a new thread for us and perhaps post a link to your site if possible. I’ll jump into that ASAP. I’m sure we’ll be able to find a solution.
