Hi,
I have been trying and testing for 2 days now and can not seem to get a video to show up as a row background. However if I use a prebuilt Pagebuilder template then it works.
It also works if I use the link to the video https://d3k5xyayaartr5.cloudfront.net/wet-leaf/wet-leaf.mp4 in one of my own manually created rows.
If I try to use a url to you tube https://youtu.be/tL0KtEs4UUA or on my own domain of a mp4 movie ( http://logologics.nl/how/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/grapevine.mp4 ) it just wont show up?
What or where do I have to put my mp4 video so I van have a working video please?

It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer in question for support on this topic: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-backgrounds-for-siteorigin-page-builder/. We don’t yet have native support for background videos, I’m sure this is something we’ll add in the future. We do our best to assist with third-party plugin support but it’s usually best to reach out to the developer in question as they’re most familiar with their own product.
