Vantage Upgrade No Order Number

Hi,

I have upgraded to the Premium version of Vantage and have although I have received an email from PayPal stating that money has been paid, there is still no email from yourselves with the order number that I need to enter for the upgrade.

Please can you reply to the email that I have sent you with regards to said issue, as I am eager to get the updates to the website I am working on up and running.

    Very sorry about that. There is sometimes a delay in the message getting from PayPal to our order servers. We can’t see on our side why there’s a delay, but on rare occasions, it can take a few hours.

    I’ve manually created the order in the meantime, you should receive an order email shortly.
