When I click on the customize drop down menu, it shows up for a few seconds and then just “poof” it disappears. Plug in conflict? Browser conflict? Vicki conflict? Thoughts?
I’m fairly sure this isn’t a Vicki conflict ;)
You could try the usual plugin diagnosis technique of disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and checking if that fixes the issue. If it fixes things, then reenable your plugins one by one to diagnose which one is causing the problem.
If that doesn’t sort you, then I’ll happily take a look. I’ll give you instructions on how to create a temporary admin account for us.
Disabling the plugins did not fix the ability to customize from the appearance tab. The left customization panel appears for an instant, you see a quick error message on the top right above that custom panel and then it all just disappears.
Please let me know how to create a user login so you can look at it.
