Vantage Premium – Too much space on left of page

hello
I am using page builder but when i have setup up colums and rows using text no matter how many i set 1 to 3 colums it leaves a vast amount of white space to the left of the page where both the masthead and content are.
any help appreciated.

    have uploaded an image the section on the left as marked by the blue outline is what im trying to reduce and make smaller

    Please try editing the row in question and change the layout to Full Width Stretched under The Layout options on the right.
