Vantage Premium – how to add visual styles for rows

Hi There,

When I first upgraded to this theme I was able to add lines to separate between sections.

Now I am unable to find the visual styles and I even looked under the tools sections as per another thread advised it has been moved and no longer visible in page builder.

How do I add this feature back? how do I change it’s colour or thickness?

Is there a way to add space between sections, rather than the gap of a row?
