Vantage Headline Background Image

Hi,

The Background Image > “Select Image” button is unresponsive.

Things I’ve tried:
-Deactivating all Plug Ins except Page Builder
-Deleting and reinstalling Page Builder2.1.2
-Dashboard updates (recently updated to WP 4.2.1
-Tried in Chrome and IE
-Default theme does not accept Vantage Headline
-New page with Background Image DOES work, just not home page
– Receiving Java Script error: Uncaught TypeError: wp.media is not a function

Let me know if I’ve overlooked anything. Your assistance is greatly appeciated!

    This issue was experienced by navigating through Appearance > Home Page, but I found that the issue does NOT exist, if I navigate from Pages > Home Page. All is well!
