Hi

I would like to know if there is a way to change the styling for a certain menu, I use the free version of Vantage and I use Custom CSS under Appearance to change several items on the website.

I have more than two custom menus and would like to change the styling of a certain menu I put in the header (not my main menu in the navigation bar). I changed the header colour to black, so at the moment you can’t really see the buttons as the font is a darkish grey colour and has no background colour (unless it is black).
I also want to change the colours of the hover state, it’s looking pretty dull at the moment.

Please help :)
Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Blom90

You can still use the same area to make your custom modifications. The only thing you need to ensure is that you are pointing your code to the right div or class.

If you find difficulties while doing this, you can send a direct link to the site we offer assistance where possible.

NB: Ensure you have a complete backup of your custom modification as they will be lost during theme updates

Thank you for running the vantage.

    Hi, thanks for the info.
I am aware of that – my problem is that I don’t know which div or class to use when editing a custom menu with a custom name, like my footer menu which I named “Footer” :)

I usually find everything on the php pages, but I don’t see the custom menus anywhere.

But I fixed that anyway, somewhat. I realised that I can change the font in the header like I did in the footer (duh), so I just recoloured the font and made it a little bigger.

    Thanks anyway :)
