vantage and page builders general questions

Hi ! I have 3 questions about vantage theme and the page builder plugins

1. How can we make a menu like on the main page www.siteorigin.com : header with a semi-opacity (or transparent) color ?

2. in that same home page, features images are on the left instead on top as it is on the theme. How do we make it ?

3. overflow : II would like that my 3 “boxes”overflow the a little bite of what was above (for exemple a slider background) but I cannot (I tried orverflow:visible;) Thank you in advance,
