Issue With Influence – Cannot Update Any Pages Without Losing Content/Slider Visibility

Today I amended one letter on a page on my site, pressed the update button and in doing so, all the content on that amended page is no longer visible, and neither is the slider.

This appears to be an issue with Slider … and possibly something to do with the latest update.

For instance the page “Why work with us” ; I’ve not changed any settings, only the body copy.

Not working (but was before amending copy): www.theprivatecoach.com.au/home/why-work-with-us/

Working (and not amended so this is how it should look): www.theprivatecoach.com.au/unplug-from-the-matrix/

I can only get the content to show if I de-select “use first row as slider” – and then obviously I don’t get the slider as in www.theprivatecoach.com.au/legal/

I’ve tried duplicating existing pages that are currently working with slider to amend and once copied they too lose the slider and content.

Help!

Thank you :)

    Hi guys,

    I got the same problem.
Eyerytime I update a page, the whole content of the site disappears in the frontend.
If I deactivate “Use First Page Builder Row” content appears, but I really need the slider on full width like it did before.

I got this problem since Influence 1.0.7 and thought it would be solved in 1.0.8 as you announced in some other threads. Was there ever a 1.0.8? I rolled back to 1.0.5 to handle the problem, but the icons in “SiteOrigin Features” haven’t been shown up. So I thought version 1.1 would solve all this problems, but it doesn’t. And I have to make some changes on the content in the near future.

    Overview:
    Influence Theme 1.1
    Influence Plus 1.0.1
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.1.2
    Wordpress 4.1

Please give an answer how to solve this problem or an update on your theme, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Same problem here! I currently deactivated “Use First Page Builder Row” for edited pages which makes the sliders appear inside the content container – works but I’m not happy with it.

I hope this will be fixed soon as I really want to avoid downgrading.

    Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Everyone

Sorry, I seem to have been missing this thread. I haven’t been able to recreate the issue on my side. I’ll investigate a little further to try figure out what’s happening. Just like to double check that this issue is still coming up in Influence 1.1? We released that fairly recently.

Yes, I tried it again today and this issue is still coming up in Influence 1.1.

    So the combination of:
    Influence 1.1
    Influence Plus 1.0.1
    PageBuilder 2.0.7
    Widgets Bundle 1.1.2
    doesn’t work at all.

    Please solve this problem.
