Unable to use the upgrade features of Influence Plus, even after upgrading

Hi,

I just recently started using the Influence theme and I am loving it. Also I upgraded it to Influence Plus. Added the upgrade plugin and activated the plugin as well.

I am still unable to use the Plus features, and I still see the green button in the Appearance > Theme Setting , notifying me to upgrade to Influence Plus for “Retina Logo” or “Remove the SiteOrigin link from your footer.”

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.

    Hi Zeeshan

    Sorry to hear about this. If possible, please login to your server via FTP or hosting file manager and check to see, is the main Influence theme folder called “influence”. Head to:

    /wp-content/themes/

    Our one theory for why the Plus plugin might not work is if the theme folder at /wp-content/themes/ has been renamed to something other than “influence.

    If this isn’t the problem we’ll need to put our thinking caps on.
